T Level Employer Set Projects

Our T Level students have excelled in another successful year for the Employer Set Project. With the support of Barts Health NHS Trust throughout their assessments, students completed more than 14 hours of tasks: starting the journey of an adult nurse from a case study; researching a patient’s condition and situation; writing a report; role playing as a healthcare assistant with a (Barts Partners) patient; writing a healthcare plan; receiving peer feedback; presenting to a senior (Barts Partners) colleague; and ending with a reflection. Our Barts NHS partners paid tribute to our students’ development during the programme: “It was amazing to see how they started the year very shy, to knowing exactly what is expected of a confident healthcare assistant”.
