At Mulberry UTC we use the online system, ParentPay, for parents to pay for their child’s food and drink at break and lunch. Money can be added to an account using a secure website or in cash via local stories displaying the PayPoint logo.
Already have a ParentPay account?
If you already have a ParentPay account with another ParentPay school, you can simply login to that account and add your other children via the ‘Add a child’ tab on your home page. You will need an activation username and password to do this. If you need to be reissued with these details, please contact the main office on 020 3137 7024.
New to ParentPay
As part of this system, you have a secure online account, activated using a unique activation username and password. When you first login, you will be prompted to change these, keep them safe and secure as your username and password for future logins.
If you have two or more children at a ParentPay school, you only need to activate one account to create your ‘main account’ and then add your other children via the ‘Add a child’ tab on your home page.
ParentPay holds an electronic record of your payments to view at a later date. Once you have activated your account you can make online payments straight away.
Please visit www.parentpay.com and activate your account via the Account login area on the home page of the site.
Those parents wishing to continue to pay using cash should contact the school office so that we can explain how to use the cash loader system.
Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure that your child’s account contains enough credit. Students will be unable to make any purchases from the school’s restaurant without credit on their account.
Those students entitled to free school meals will be provided with a credit of £2.65 per day. Please top up your child’s account on ParentPay if you wish for them to make purchases greater than this amount.
Please do not hesitate to contact the school office if you need assistance. Your support in using ParentPay will help the school enormously, thank you.
