Mulberry UTC Digital Media students recently took part in an exciting, hands on practical workshop with Rise Up Academy.
Supported by industry volunteers, including Sky and BBC Sport, they built a studio from scratch and practised taking on all the different roles in a TV studio, including sound technician, communications manager and director.
Students enjoyed networking with the employer contacts and gained a real sense of what a career in the media will be like.
