Our Sixth Form students recently participated in an enriching Valencia visit, combining academic learning with cultural exploration in one of Spain’s most vibrant cities. The trip provided a unique opportunity for students to step beyond the classroom and experience real-world applications of their studies. As part of this educational visit to Valencia, students engaged with local industries and gained a deeper understanding of global career pathways.

During their time in Valencia, Sixth Formers took part in job placements linked directly to their courses, allowing them to develop practical workplace skills and gain valuable insight into future careers. This hands-on experience helped students build confidence, improve communication, and adapt to professional environments. Alongside their placements, students immersed themselves in Spanish culture, enjoying authentic cuisine and experiencing daily life in Valencia.

The trip also included a weekend visit to Alicante, where students strengthened friendships, developed independence, and created lasting memories together. This Valencia and Alicante educational trip offered the perfect balance of academics, personal development, and adventure. Overall, it was a highly rewarding experience that highlighted the importance of international learning opportunities and cultural exchange for Sixth Form students at Mulberry UTC.
